“Footsteps of the cat that ate sheep: From the World of the Moon”

I took these photographs using color negative film 6×6 format.

When I was younger, I traveled around the world for about 4 years like a nomad. It was not like these backpackers with lots of joy and dreams. I was tired of life in Japan. I just wanted to escape from everything.

10 years have passed since then. I decided to go on a trip again remembering myself and retracing the footsteps of days past.

“The olden days: From the trade route of Pakistan”

This is an old town in Pakistan, the town where the Kingdom of Mughal flourished. When I was a child, my mother used to read a picture book which showed this world and I decided to go on a trip to see that world with my own eyes.

These pictures show 3 cities which connect the trade route of Pakistan, which reminds me of the good old days.
